Squishmallows plush toys are here to fill your hearts with love and affection. Since 2017, the versatile Squishmallows have grown into an international phenomenon and offer comfort, support and warmth as friends, couch companions, bedtime buddies and travel teammates.
Fabric
Squishmallows are made from and filled with polyester fibers. No toxic chemicals are used or added to the outside layer OR to the fibers within each plush toy. They are Prop 65 compliant and are not flame retardant.

Care Instructions

When opening your new Squishmallows bag or box, please be careful with any sharp objects to avoid accidentally damaging your new squad member.

If you’ve happened to get something on your Squishmallow, do not worry!

Squishmallows can be cleaned using a damp cloth and spot cleaning the affected area. For small stains using a simple stain remover pen or wet wipe can help. Squishmallows should not be washed in your machine washer or submerged in any way. This will distort the stuffing inside of the Squishmallow and will likely result in a change of texture both on the inside and outside of your item.

Allow your Squishmallow to air dry. You should NOT use a dryer, hairdryer, iron, or other handheld heated appliance to dry your Squishmallows.

Squishmallows may have an extra thread sticking out from the factory, this is rare but does occur. If you see a thread that is undone, do not pull out the thread, instead, cut it off as close to the seam as possible to prevent further unraveling.

  REFUNDS

  If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 7-10 days processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of GIINTER(i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of GIINTER
  • We don't send the refund because you don't like the items. Please see the product carefully. 

  *You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

  If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

  Please note that, the payment gateway may charge you 5% the value of the order on each refund.

   

  EXCHANGES

  If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

  Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

  YOU HAVE TO SUBMIT YOUR EXCHANGING/RESENDING/REFUNDING REQUEST WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
